Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

At this time returns are only eligible from customers based in the United States or united states territories


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@alluretaste.com. Upon contacting us we will provide you the address where the return would need to be sent to.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow customer service 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • Customer Service will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like

  • Face masks
  • Intimates/Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND PURCHASES OF GIFT CARDS.
